The Ganzhou KLB Hotel stands out for its diversified design style, special serviced apartment concept, and modern various room types. The hotel's design exudes an elegant European style, offering a luxurious and comfortable experience for guests. The hotel's main tower, spanning 27 floors and covering a floor area of 20,000 square meters, houses over 300 guest rooms.
One of the unique features of the hotel is its open-style reception. The rugged grid, restructured ceiling, and flowing central stone wall design infuse the space with a sense of vigor and power. The use of materials such as metal, wired glass, and stone in the construction of the hotel adds to its modern and artistic appeal.
The design team, composed of Sun Legang, Meng Songtao, Ye Penghua, and Chen Zehong, faced the challenge of completing the survey, design, and construction simultaneously due to the project's tight schedule. However, through efficient communication and mutual trust, they were able to successfully execute the project.
The Ganzhou KLB Hotel is a shining example of Grandland Design Institute's commitment to creating unique and innovative designs. The hotel's design, which is both inviting and natural, is a reflection of the institute's ability to seamlessly blend modernity, luxury, and cultural significance.
In recognition of its outstanding design, the Ganzhou KLB Hotel was awarded the Silver A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2018. This prestigious award is given to designs that demonstrate remarkable expertise and innovation, strong technical characteristics, splendid artistic skill, and a remarkable level of excellence.
